Welcome to Alloy Pipe Fittings
Alloy Pipe Fittings is a distributor of custom manufactured non commodity pipe fittings made from seamless and welded pipe. Our sizes range from 1/2" inch to 48" inches in Stainless Steel, Nickel Alloys, Inconel®, Incoloy®, Monel®, Hastelloy®, Duplex, Titanium, Aluminum and other exotic alloys. We specialize in emergency quick delivery manufacturing for critical applications. Our products are found in the refining, petro-chemical, power-generation, nuclear, marine and commercial markets. We understand the critical nature of unscheduled maintenance issues and outages and strive to set the industry standard for service. No minimum order is required.
Capabilities
Our access to extensive manufacturing capabilities enable us to roll and weld pipe for specific wall thickness requirements and form fittings to 24" inches. Smaller sizes are available from forged or machined bar and are usually available in a few days. Larger sizes to 48" diameter with wall thickness to 5" inch are rolled and formed either from pipe or plate. Our partners manufacture to ASTM: B361, B363, B653, A403, A518, MSS SP-43 and ASME B16.9, B16.25
