We offer three different manufacturing methods to meet the exact cutting tolerances for your custom shim or gasket applications.

– Wire EDM: offers +/-.003″ cutting tolerances.
– Laser offers +/-.005″ and is the fastest and most economical method to manufacture thin gauge stainless and carbon
– Water-Jet +/- .005″ and can cut gaskets, rings and custom shims up to .250″
